HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer shipping starting at $5.00 and FREE shipping in the US after $100. Shipping to Canada after $100 is only $5.00! Sometimes we will offer FREE shipping on our site. During a special promotional period of FREE shipping, you can choose your shipping rate at checkout.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES HARLEIGH & MARA OFFER?
We currently accept most major credit card payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before 3pm PST. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be put through the next business day. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We generally ask you to give up to 3-4 weeks for delivery depending on your location.
Please note: Due to current worldwide circumstances please give shipping up to 8 weeks.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Harleigh & Mara does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Harleigh & Mara, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at so we can urgently review the matter for you!
WHAT IS INSURED SHIPPING?
We understand that between the order being placed and you receiving the order there can be human error. Should your item not arrive in the suggested waiting period, please contact us so we can review the matter and replace it as necessary.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?
Should you be unsatisfied with your product, email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving it to start the return process. Store credit will be offered on sale items, or a full refund will be given on full price items for price of the item minus the shipping. Sorry, we do not offer returns on FREE products.
